| E-GLASS CONTINUOUS ATRAND MAT |

E-glass continuous strand mat is a new fiberglass reinforcement product. The mat is made from continuous fiberglass strands randomly looped and bonded together with a small amount of binder. Continuous strand mat is used in many FRP structural applications such as pultrusion, filament winding and several fiberglass molding process (RTM, etc). Finished molded products have high equiaxial strength. Typical products are marine railing, window frames, boat parts, dry cased high voltage be combined with woven roving to make combination mat that has superior process ability and structural properties. This mat can also be used in multi-layer composite products. |
| PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS: |
- Uniform thickness and no loose strand
- High resistance to distortion from handling and processing
- Good resin flowability. Complete wet through with no bubbles
- Good resistance to washability and suitable RTM process
- Easily fills mold and conforms to complex shapes, while providing a smooth finished surface

| INDIVIDUAL AND BULK PACKING: |
* Each roll is winded onto a paper tube and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box or wrapped up with kraft paper. The rolls are to be horizontally placed.
Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets. |
| STORAGE: |

*Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that room temperature between 10 and 35℃ and humidity between 30 and 85%. |
